We're partnering with our client to recruit a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Support Analyst who can take command of their CRM environment and keep it running at peak performance. This is a handsâon, technically driven position where you'll be the goâto expert for maintaining system stability, strengthening security, and ensuring smooth deployments across all CE environments. You'll work at the centre of their CRM operations, supporting developers, DevOps, InfoSec, and business teams to keep the platform robust, secure, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver confident, dayâtoâday technical and functional support for Dynamics 365 CE
- Oversee CE environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) and ensure configurations and deployments are executed cleanly
- Support and strengthen CI/CD pipelines for CE customisations, integrations, and releases
- Enforce strong security standards, including roleâbased access, data protection, and patching
- Monitor system performance, tackle incidents headâon, and resolve issues with precision
- Work closely with DevOps and InfoSec teams to maintain secure, automated deployment processes
- Produce clear, structured documentation for environments, deployments, and security configurations
- Support release management, version control, and testing cycles with discipline and attention to detail
About You
- Solid experience supporting and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong grasp of application security, identity management, and environment governance
- Confident working with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
- Comfortable troubleshooting complex CE issues, integrations, and performance challenges
- Familiar with cloud environments and configuration management principles
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.)
- Clear communicator with strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problemâsolving
