A fast-growing MSP is seeking a hands-on Support Engineer to take ownership of cloud, security and infrastructure environments across a diverse and evolving client portfolio. This is a role where you'll work across modern cloud technologies, influence how services are delivered and play a key part in driving continuous improvement across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and improve client cloud and infrastructure environments
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Conditional Access, and identity/security policies
  • Assist with firewall configuration, updates, and network security management
  • Develop scripts and automation to streamline deployment, monitoring, and admin tasks
  • Work with senior engineers and vendors to deliver projects and resolve escalated issues
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of security posture and service reliability

Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure environments
  • Understanding of cloud and security principles
