This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Workplace professional with expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, user adoption, change management, governance, and collaboration technologies. My client is a leading manufacturer with a multi-national coverage and ambitious digital transformation plans across their European business. Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, you will drive adoption of Microsoft 365 services, improve collaboration practices, promote governance standards, and help employees maximise the value of modern workplace technologies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and SharePoint Online.
  • Supporting the rollout and enablement of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions.
  • Delivering user training, guidance, and change management initiatives.
  • Developing self-service resources and maintaining best-practice documentation.
  • Collaborating with IT support teams to enhance user experience and reduce support demand.
  • Promoting information management, security, and compliance standards.

Suitable skillsets will include:

  • Over 3 years experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace, collaboration technologies, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience leading user adoption, employee enablement, and change management programmes.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central/ ERP (preferable, not essential).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

This role is primarily office based in South Yorkshire, with flexibility for some home working, and expectation of occasional travel to other sites where required.
