We are seeking experienced and driven Dynamics 365 Solutions Architects to join a growing Microsoft-focused technology practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, supporting a wide range of organisations in enhancing and modernising their customer engagement capabilities.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, either as standalone CRM implementations or as part of broader enterprise transformation initiatives. Your expertise will help organisations achieve measurable business outcomes through effective use of technology.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Discovery
- Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business objectives, challenges, and long‑term goals
- Lead discovery sessions to gather both functional and non‑functional requirements across CRM, integration, infrastructure, and compliance areas
- Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements
- Solution Design
- Define solution approaches that maximise the value of the Dynamics 365 platform
- Produce clear, structured technical design documentation suitable for delivery teams
- Support the development of CRM roadmaps aligned with organisational strategy
- Provide expert guidance on architecture and best practice
- Delivery Oversight
- Provide technical leadership across implementation projects
- Ensure solutions are delivered to a high standard, meeting both business and technical expectations
- Support delivery teams in maintaining quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle
- Thought Leadership & Pre‑Sales Support
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation within the Dynamics ecosystem
- Provide input into proposals, bids, and client presentations
- Support business development activities with credible technical expertise

- Proven experience leading workshops to gather and define business requirements
- Ability to design end‑to‑end CRM solutions aligned to business objectives
- Experience in system strategy definition, requirements documentation, testing, training, and post‑implementation support
- Confidence communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience contributing to proposals, bids, or sales processes
- Background working in a consultancy or client‑facing delivery environment
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (functional or equivalent) are highly desirable
