We're partnering with a leading consultancy seeking a Senior Manager to join its Investment Management & Wealth Technology & Transformation practice, specialising in AI and Data Architecture. This is a senior client-facing role focused on helping investment and wealth organisations modernise their data capabilities, design enterprise-scale architectures, and deliver complex transformation programmes across business and technology functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise data strategies and AI-enabled transformation programmes
- Define scalable data architecture principles, target-state operating models, and solution road maps
- Drive improvements across data governance, data quality, master data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities
- Lead client workshops and engage senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Support the development of proposals, RFP responses, business cases, and go-to-market initiatives
- Manage and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams across large-scale delivery programmes
- Work closely with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and business leaders to align transformation initiatives across regions and functions
Requirements
- Strong experience within Investment Management, Asset Management, or Wealth Management environments
- Expertise across enterprise data architecture, data modelling, governance, and modern cloud data platforms
- Experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Bloomberg, MSCI, Refinitiv, Charles River, or similar ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead complex transformation engagements and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong consulting, programme delivery, and people leadership experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable
- Experience designing AI-enabled data products and platforms
- Certifications across cloud, data, or AI technologies
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
- CFA, CISI, CAIA, or related financial services certifications
