You will Work With:
- Supporting discovery, requirement gathering and value assessments for AI opportunities
- Mapping and analysing current legal workflows to identify AI-driven efficiencies
- Creating user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria and documentation
- Supporting Agile planning, estimation, and backlog refinement with the Product Owner
- Monitoring sprint progress, tracking risks and maintaining RAID logs
- Supporting vendor evaluations, pilot programmes, testing and performance assessment
- Ensuring responsible-AI practices, human-in-the-loop processes and legal-risk considerations
- Communicating complex AI/ML concepts in simple, accessible language
- Continuously improving user journeys and workflow design across AI tools

Key Experience:
- Business Analyst or Product Manager in a digital or technology-led environment
- Strong understanding of automation, workflow optimisation
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
- Knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, extraction/classification, summarisation, RAG pipelines, etc.)
- Experience in regulated environments or legal workflows (advantageous)
- Strong process-mapping and analytical skills (UML, BPM, modelling tools)
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, BPM tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex AI/ML concepts
- Experience facilitating workshops and working closely with clients
- Confidence supporting Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes
- A proactive, product-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
