Overview

We're looking for an experienced .

NET Developer to join a growing software development team working on a range of enterprise business applications.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on modern Microsoft technologies, developing scalable solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.

You'll be involved in designing, developing and maintaining business-critical systems, while contributing to new product development and the ongoing enhancement of existing platforms.

The role offers the chance to work with modern development practices, Azure technologies and AI-assisted development tools within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain applications using C# and . NET technologies.
  • Build and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with third-party systems.
  • Develop cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
  • Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within live production environments.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and maintain coding standards.
  • Utilise modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies, to improve productivity and code quality.

About You

We're looking for a proactive developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering robust software solutions.

You should be comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative development team, with a genuine interest in learning new technologies and continuously improving development practices.

You'll have strong analytical skills and be confident evaluating technical solutions while applying sound engineering principles.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years\' commercial experience developing with . NET and C#.
  • Experience developing enterprise-level business applications.
  • Strong experience building and integrating APIs.
  • Experience developing cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience working across both cloud-hosted and virtualised environments.
  • Experience using source control and modern Dev Ops practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot or similar.
