I'm actively representing a fantastic nationwide organisation who are seeking to add an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Specialist/ Product Owner to their team; as part of an innovative digital transformation programme set for the coming years.
The role provides the opportunity to play a key role in the design/ roll out of my clients CRM roadmap - hands on in D365 system improvement and optimisation, alongside a great team.
My client operates a hybrid working model between home and 1-2 days a week in Central London based offices - project phase dependant.
Role & Responsibilities- The role will involve driving the delivery/ continuous improvement of my clients business critical D365 environment road map - with a range of interesting projects planned for 2026 and beyond.
- Spearheading process improvement for the companies Dynamics 365 system.
- Analysing areas the system can be improved and rolling out effective change projects.
- Coordinating new releases/ enhancements of Dynamics 365 CE across numerous sites.
- Working closely with stakeholders/ third party providers on project milestones.
- Leading a small cross functional team on project prioritisation and successful delivery.
- Proven track record in Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM system implementation and improvement.
- Firm understanding of Dynamics 365 core functionality.
- End to end project lifecycle skills - analysing requirements through to testing, training and go-live.
- Skills in Power Platform (preferable, not essential).
- AGILE methodology competency.
- Strong stakeholder/ third party engagement skills.
- A competitive starting base salary up to £55,000.
