The Role
As a Development Lead you will step into a hands‑on technical leadership role, ideal for a senior developer ready to advance their career. You’ll shape the development function, guide engineering best practices, and lead the adoption of emerging technologies. You will remain close to code while influencing technical strategy, architecture, and innovation across multiple platforms.
A core part of this role will involve driving the evolution of AI‑enabled development, including leveraging prompt engineering, AI‑assisted coding, and emerging "vibe coding" methodologies to enhance productivity and unlock new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers while remaining actively involved in hands‑on development
- Shape and implement the technical vision, architecture, and development roadmap
- Drive adoption of AI‑powered development practices (e.g. prompt engineering, AI copilots, automation tooling)
- Work across a multi‑platform, tech‑agnostic environment, including:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Microsoft Azure
- Salesforce ecosystem
- MuleSoft integrations
- Promote engineering excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to ensure the business remains at the forefront of innovation
About You
You’ll be a senior or lead‑level engineer who is passionate about technology and excited by the opportunity to shape how modern development teams operate.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Developer / Tech Lead ready to step into (or already in) a leadership role
- Strong hands‑on development background across multiple technologies and platforms
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working with or alongside Salesforce and/or MuleSoft (or similar integration platforms)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems
- A genuine interest in emerging AI technologies, including:
- Prompt engineering
- AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, LLMs)
- Modern development paradigms such as "vibe coding"
- Tech‑agnostic mindset with the ability to adapt and learn across different stacks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
