We are partnering with a prominent D365 CE end user in London who are looking to add a talented D365 CRM Support Analyst to their technology function on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent. This hands-on role focuses on supporting a CRM platform, managing secure environments, and ensuring smooth deployment processes. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain a stable, well-governed CRM landscape across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and functional support for the organisation's CRM system, assisting users and resolving platform issues.
- Oversee CRM environments, including configuration updates, maintenance tasks, and environment health.
- Contribute to deployment processes by supporting automated pipelines, solution changes, and release activities.
- Maintain strong access controls and security practices across all CRM environments.
