My client is looking for a talented CRM Application Support Specialist to join a forward-thinking technology team that’s modernising how the organisation delivers digital services. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing hands‑on technical and functional support for the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365).
- Managing CRM environments, configurations, and deployments to ensure stability and consistency.
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations – including deployment steps, release notes, and solution management.
- Strengthening security across environments through role‑based access, data protection, and patching.
- Monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and proactively preventing issues before they impact users.
- Working closely with DevOps and InfoSec teams to deliver secure, automated, cloud‑ready deployments.
- Maintaining clear, high‑quality documentation for environments, deployment processes, and security configurations.
- Supporting release management, version control, and testing activities across the CRM lifecycle.
What You Bring
- Strong experience supporting and maintaining CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
- A solid understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code and configuration management principles.
- Confidence troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues.
- A good grasp of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.).
- Excellent analytical thinking, documentation skills, and communication abilities.
