This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work with cutting-edge CRM technologies, shape secure and scalable practices, and play a pivotal role in supporting systems that directly impact thousands of users. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, improving platform reliability, and working in an environment that values innovation and collaboration, this role will feel like a perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing hands‑on technical and functional support for the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Managing CRM environments, configurations, and deployments to ensure stability and consistency.
  • Supporting CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations – including deployment steps, release notes, and solution management.
  • Strengthening security across environments through role‑based access, data protection, and patching.
  • Monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and proactively preventing issues before they impact users.
  • Working closely with DevOps and InfoSec teams to deliver secure, automated, cloud‑ready deployments.
  • Maintaining clear, high‑quality documentation for environments, deployment processes, and security configurations.
  • Supporting release management, version control, and testing activities across the CRM lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • Strong experience supporting and maintaining CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
  • A solid understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code and configuration management principles.
  • Confidence troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues.
  • A good grasp of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, documentation skills, and communication abilities.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • You’ll be at the heart of shaping secure, modern CRM practices.
  • You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team that values new ideas and continuous improvement.
  • You’ll gain exposure to modern DevOps tooling, cloud‑based CRM environments, and enterprise‑level security.
  • You’ll have the chance to make a visible, meaningful impact on critical systems used across the organisation.
  • You’ll be part of a workplace that genuinely invests in professional growth and technical development.
