I'm hiring for an Associate Director, the client? One of the world's leading technology consultancies. Lead the delivery of AI solutions in this pivotal role across the TMT sector, you'll build and convert new opportunities, develop market‑leading AI propositions and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, secure and scalable AI solutions. Combine your commercial leadership with delivery oversight, and you'll mark the direction for clients to realise the full potential of AI while driving business growth and innovation.

Key Experience

  • Proven experience in opening and closing sales in consultancy, as well as managing enterprise‑level accounts within the Technology, Media or Telecoms sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape and its commercial applications, with familiarity across technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, vector search, prompt design and AI platform operations.
  • Experience overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives, working closely with technical specialists to shape solution architectures, manage delivery risks and ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Understanding of applying AI to drive operational efficiency and product innovation within Telecoms, Media, Technology or closely related industries.
  • Knowledge of enterprise cloud ecosystems and AI services, including the practical considerations of deploying AI solutions securely, responsibly, and at scale.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive decision‑makers, demonstrating how AI can create measurable business value.
  • Proven ability to evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into compelling client propositions and opportunities.

Desirable

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in fast‑paced, demanding delivery environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally and stay away from home up to 5 days a week based on client needs.
  • Experience in commercial management, delivery margin control or estimation.
  • Experience or deep understanding of Agile environments.
  • Certifications in Cloud and AI, as well as experience in establishing responsible AI practices.
