The Opportunity
My client is a well-established, multi-national organisation, embarking on a large-scale Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP transformation programme across its global operations. They are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their programme team; playing a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of this complex, multi-site roll out. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a high-profile international transformation programme, and grow project coordination/support experience in a like-minded, knowledgeable team. This role is initially a 6 month fixed term engagement, with strong prospects for a long-term, permanent position. My client offers a hybrid working model, with the expectation of 3 days a week working from their Central London base.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support end‑to‑end project delivery across key milestones
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, including steering committees and workstreams
- Maintain and enforce project governance standards and documentation
- Track project plans, timelines, and dependencies across global sites
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
- Support reporting, including status updates and progress tracking
- Ensure clear communication and coordination between cross‑functional teams
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator / PMO / Project Support role
- Experience of ERP implementations (ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar)
- Strong understanding of project governance and lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex, global projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach with strong problem‑solving capabilities
