Nigel Frank are supporting a fast-paced operationally demanding business to find a hands-on IT leader with experience driving technology strategy, modernising legacy environments, and leading high-performing teams.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure improvements, strengthening cyber security posture, and aligning IT services with commercial goals. Combines strong technical depth with the ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business language.

- Experience developing cyber security controls, risk assessments, and disaster recovery plans.
- Vendor and stakeholder management within customer-focused, multi-site operations.
- Experience supporting or implementing platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems.
