This is a highly visible role, acting as the bridge between Finance, IT and the wider business, ensuring systems are configured, integrated and continuously improved to enable scalable, insight driven decision making. You will be the go‑to expert for finance systems, driving system performance, strengthening data integrity, and delivering enhanced reporting capability across a complex global environment. Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the core D365FO finance systems ensuring stability, compliance, and performance
- Lead system configuration and governance, including chart of accounts, legal entities, master data, and access controls
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes, enhancing efficiency, controls, and data quality
- Deliver systems‑related projects end‑to‑end, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Support global expansion by enabling smooth integration of new entities and jurisdictions
- Design and optimise automated processes including reconciliations, intercompany, consolidations, and workflows
- Develop and deliver high‑quality reporting and dashboards aligned to business and regulatory needs

Experience Required
- Strong hands‑on experience with D365FO systems
- Proven track record in financial consolidation and reporting
