Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Manage and maintain CRM environments, configurations, and solution deployments.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations, including pre- and post-deployment steps, release notes, and solution management.
  • Ensure strong security practices across all environments, including role-based access, data protection, and patching.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively resolve incidents and issues.
  • Work with DevOps and InfoSec teams to deliver secure, automated deployment processes.
  • Maintain clear documentation for environment setup, deployment procedures, and security configurations.
  • Support release management, version control, and testing activities.

About You

  • Strong experience supporting and maintaining CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
  • Solid understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management principles.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues.
  • Good understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
