We are seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager to join a growing and transformation-focused organisation. This is a senior functional leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering Supply Chain solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystems. You will act as the functional lead across SCM work‑streams, managing stakeholders, driving best‑practice solution design, and ensuring ERP transformation initiatives deliver measurable operational improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in complex systems transformation programmes within a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • SCM Functional Leadership: Act as the functional lead across Supply Chain modules (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Manufacturing, MRP, Planning)
  • Programme Oversight: Own SCM work‑streams across end‑to‑end D365 implementations, upgrades or optimisation projects
  • Requirements & Process Design: Lead workshops to capture and document current‑state and future‑state processes aligned to Microsoft best practice
  • Solution Architecture Support: Translate business requirements into high‑quality functional designs, working closely with technical teams
  • Team Management: Mentor and manage functional consultants / analysts within the SCM work‑stream
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with operations, finance, IT and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Data & Integration's: Oversee data migration, integration's (WMS, 3PL, eCommerce, Manufacturing systems) and testing strategy
  • Testing & Governance: Lead SIT/UAT cycles, defect management and release governance
  • Change & Adoption: Support training, change management and post go‑live optimisation
