Power Platform/AI Developer - UK (Hybrid) - c£65K

We are working with a forward-thinking organisation that is investing heavily in AI, automation and digital innovation.

They are looking for a proactive Power Platform Developer who is excited by emerging technology and wants to play a key role in developing the organisation's next generation of AI-enabled solutions.

This is more than a traditional Power Platform development role.

You'll have the opportunity to design, build and experiment with AI-driven applications, working with technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Microsoft's evolving AI ecosystem, alongside delivering robust Power Platform solutions.

You'll work closely with business analysts, stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop new AI use cases and turn innovative ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance Power Platform solutions, with a strong focus on automation, intelligent applications and business process improvement.
  • Play an active role in the organisation's AI innovation and development, helping identify, prototype and deploy new AI-enabled solutions.
  • Design and develop intelligent agents and workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI.
  • Explore emerging AI technologies and assess how they can be applied to improve productivity, decision-making and customer experiences.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and translate ideas into scalable technical solutions.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with existing Microsoft and business systems using APIs, connectors, and Dataverse.
  • Continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions while ensuring they are secure, reliable and scalable.
  • Stay ahead of developments across Microsoft Power Platform and AI, bringing new ideas and technologies into the organisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Power Platform development, automation, software development or a similar role.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, ideally with Power Pages and Dataverse.
  • A genuine interest in AI development and innovation, with exposure to tools such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure Open AI or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, data connectors and connecting AI/automation solutions to business systems.
  • Good knowledge of the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the creativity to explore new technologies and develop innovative solutions.
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning, experimenting and staying ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
