A leading global consulting organisation is looking for an experienced Applied AI Director to drive the growth and delivery of AI‑led transformation programmes.
This is a senior leadership role combining business development, client advisory, solution shaping and programme delivery.
You will work with C‑suite stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop AI‑driven offerings and lead multidisciplinary teams delivering secure, scalable and commercially valuable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales origination and business development activities across strategic accounts.
- Shape and close consulting opportunities from initial client engagement through to proposal and contract award.
- Design and bring to market innovative AI and Generative AI solutions that address industry‑specific challenges.
- Engage senior executives, translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes, cost efficiencies and revenue opportunities.
- Direct the delivery of complex AI programmes, providing oversight of solution architecture, engineering approaches and implementation strategies.
- Ensure secure, responsible and compliant deployment of AI technologies, including governance, risk management and ethical AI considerations.
- Build, mentor and lead high‑performing consulting teams while maintaining strong commercial performance and delivery quality.
