An amazing opportunity working alongside my client expanding their business and building out a brand new team focused in Workday Finance , Administration and Support.
Role Overview:

Responsible for day-to-day operational support for Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning.

Build relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues to resolve queries related to the Workday system.

Collaborate with the Workday Competence Centre team to enhance and support Workday solutions post go-live.

Grow and develop as the Workday Finance deployment expands.
You will be responsible for:

Managing Workday configurations and optimisations across the business.
-
Provide ongoing support for Workday Finance users.
-
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and integrations.
-
Maintain and administer the Workday Finance system.
-
Support the delivery of configuration changes and review new system features.
-
Provide technical and functional support for finance business processes.
-
Work with IT and Finance teams to understand their requirements and challenges.

Create documentation to facilitate the successful adoption of system changes.

Proficient experience with Workday administration, configuration, and optimization (Workday certification is a plus).

Strong understanding of financial systems and finance business processes.

Experience with Workday finance system support.
