Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior / Lead BC Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Partner, working on high-profile projects across the UK.
This role offers the chance to shape solutions end-to-end, take ownership of client relationships, and work with cutting-edge technology, all while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote position.
The Role
- Lead and deliver Business Central implementations across multiple industries
- Run discovery workshops and gather requirements with key stakeholders
- Configure, customise, and optimise Business Central across Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehousing modules
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from design to go-live
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices within the team
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
- Hands-on knowledge across Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehousing
- End-to-end implementation experience, from scoping through to go-live support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor and lead others within a project environment
- Microsoft certifications in Business Central are advantageous but not essential
- You must have the right to work in the UK
