Nigel Frank is partnering with a fast-growing Microsoft consultancy that specialises in delivering modern business applications and transformation programmes across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. They are looking to add a Solution Delivery Consultant to their team — someone who can sit at the heart of client engagement and delivery, taking ownership from early discovery right through to successful go-live and ongoing optimisation.
This is a hands-on client-facing role where you will be responsible for driving delivery outcomes, running workshops, shaping requirements, and ensuring development teams stay aligned, focused, and accountable throughout the project lifecycle. The consultancy operates in a highly collaborative and agile environment, working with organisations across multiple sectors to deliver impactful solutions using Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You’ll be trusted to lead conversations with clients, manage expectations, and ensure delivery stays on track both commercially and technically.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client discovery sessions and requirements workshops from initial engagement
- Take full ownership of client relationships across the delivery lifecycle
- Translate business needs into structured user stories and actionable delivery plans
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clear priorities and delivery alignment
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
- Provide clear and consistent updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Ensure delivery remains commercially and operationally on track
- Identify opportunities for additional value, enhancements, and follow-on work
- Experience in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or consulting role
- Proven ability to run workshops and gather requirements independently
- Strong experience working alongside technical/development teams in delivery environments
- Confident communicator able to lead client conversations and manage expectations
- Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of scope, timelines, and delivery risk
- Experience delivering solutions for external paying clients
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or sprint-based delivery models
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Consultancy, digital agency, or SaaS implementation background
- Experience working in small to mid-sized consulting environments
- Exposure to Business Central, CRM platforms, or enterprise SaaS tools
- Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, Prince2, BCS, or equivalent
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Dynamics 365)
This role would suit someone who thrives in environments where no two days are the same, enjoys owning delivery end-to-end, and is comfortable being the main point of contact for clients throughout their journey. You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and responsibility from day one, working closely with both clients and technical teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. The role is fully remote with monthly travel required to Hampshire (and occasionally client sites) to support collaboration, workshops, and key delivery milestones. Salary is up to £60,000 depending on experience, with ongoing support for Microsoft certifications and professional development.
