Nigel Frank International are partnered with an innovative D365 CRM end user who are looking to add a talented D365 CE Functional Consultant to deliver Customer Service & Omnichannel solutions.

Working closely with the business teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities. The role is centered around enhancing Dynamics 365 through configuration, customisation and continuous improvement to support evolving business needs.

  • Lead functional design and delivery of D365 CE Customer Service and Omnichannel capabilities
  • Collaborate with business teams, senior stakeholders, and end users to gather, refine and document requirements
  • Support solution testing, user training and adoption activities across the organisation
  • Work with technical teams to ensure integrations, data flows and system enhancements align with business objectives
  • Strong hands-on experience with D365 CE Customer Service & Omnichannel
  • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into functional solutions
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customisation, workflows, business rules and extending platform functionality
  • Solid understanding of customer service processes, case management, and omnichannel engagement models
