The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineer to join a growing, high-impact consultancy-led development team delivering modern, Azure-first solutions. This role offers the chance to work in a close-knit, collaborative environment where engineers operate with high ownership and direct client engagement.
You will join a small but expanding team, contributing to the delivery of enterprise-grade systems across a diverse client base including financial services, public sector, and charitable organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure
- Building and consuming API-driven architectures
- Working with Entity Framework and SQL to support robust data solutions
- Taking ownership of tickets end-to-end, including development, testing, and regression
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand requirements and communicate technical decisions
- Contributing to Agile delivery using 2-week sprint cycles
Technology Environment
The role sits within a modern Microsoft-focused stack, including:
- .NET / C#
- Angular (heavily used on the front end)
