About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing technology consultancy specialising in Microsoft business applications and digital transformation.
Working with organisations across both the private and public sectors, you will lead the successful delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and working closely with technical consultants and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple technology implementation projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate project resources and monitor utilisation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, commercial performance, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Produce regular project status reports and communicate progress to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across consultants, developers, business analysts, and client teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business and functional requirements.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout delivery.
- Oversee successful transition of completed projects into ongoing support and operational teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, delivery standards, and governance.
- Support internal business improvement initiatives where required.

- Previous experience managing IT, software, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practice.

- Experience managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer expectations and project objectives.

Desirable
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent.
- Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise business application projects.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and change management processes.
