Nigel Frank International are working with an established D365 CRM end user who are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to oversee system performance, manage incoming requests, and enhance CRM processes. This role focuses on maintaining data quality, supporting users through training, and driving continuous system improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise CRM support requests, resolving issues directly or coordinating with external partners
- Maintain high data quality through regular audits, cleansing, and user access management
- Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximise system adoption
- Identify process improvements and implement automation to streamline workflows and reporting
Skills/Experience
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration and system optimisation
- Background in data management, reporting, and automation tools (e.g. Power Platform, Excel)
- Proven ability to analyse processes and deliver practical improvements to business systems
