Job Description

Lead Power Platform Developer – Up to £75,000

Location: North London

lease note: The role will begin onsite to support onboarding and integration with the team and systems. Once you're established in the role, it will transition to a hybrid working model.

Nigel Frank is partnered with an innovative end-user organisation in their search for a Lead Power Platform Developer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to take on a key role, shaping and delivering impactful Power Platform solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Power Platform solutions, primarily using PowerApps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate, to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly technical solutions.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Lead by example and support junior developers by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in Power Platform development.
  • Ongoing Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance existing systems and introduce new functionality through the Power Platform.
  • Data Integration: Use your knowledge of SQL to work effectively with data sources, ensuring smooth integration with Power Platform applications.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience across the Power Platform – PowerApps (Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Confident writing and using SQL for data manipulation and integration.
  • Scripting ability in Python and/or PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and administration.
  • Experience with SharePoint is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a permanent role paying up to £75,000, offering long-term flexibility through a hybrid working model following the initial onsite period.
