This role is focused exclusively on managing and growing existing client accounts through strategic relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling Dynamics 365 solutions. The Role This is a non-new-business role, ideal for a commercially minded account manager who excels at nurturing long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with delivery and technical teams to identify opportunities for additional value within existing accounts, ensuring clients are fully leveraging the Microsoft stack. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing clients using Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Business Central, Power Platform). Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and business goals. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored roadmaps and solution enhancements. Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft’s evolving product offerings and licensing models. Support renewal processes and ensure long-term account health. Candidate Requirements Experience managing IT or software accounts within a Microsoft Partner environment. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Proven ability to grow accounts through consultative selling and strategic engagement. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
