Our client are an established D365 CRM End User who are seeking a Senior Dynamics Developer to play a critical role in the design, development and delivery of D365 Customer Engagement. You'll be required to work closely with stakeholders across the business, driving the technical evolution of their CRM platform and acting as a key contributor in their growing in-house team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of custom Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Customise and configure Dynamics modules, workflows, and plugins using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Platform
- Integrate D365 CE with other business systems and third-party applications
- Establish development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes for the Dynamics environment
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as the team grows
- Contribute to the long-term strategy for CRM and customer experience capabilities
Experience:
- Proven experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure services
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Plugin development, and Custom Workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working for end users or with end user-focused solutions is a strong plus
