Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer
Location: London, UK
Salary £80,000 per annum + benefits
Nigel Frank are proud to be representing a leading national professional services firm that is investing heavily in digital transformation, including the rollout of a new CRM and client onboarding system. We’re currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

The Role
Joining the firm's national Innovation & Technology team, you'll be a key technical lead on a major, firmwide CRM transformation programme. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and an external Microsoft partner to design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
Following the CRM go-live, you'll remain at the heart of ongoing solution development and support, translating evolving business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions as part of their internal technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Lead implementation efforts, ensuring best practices and governance are upheld.
- Configure, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 using model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Design and manage system integrations with key business systems.
- Act as the technical authority, providing guidance to internal and external development resources.
- Administer and optimise the D365 environment, including roles, permissions, and performance.
- Provide ongoing technical support and user training.
- Maintain documentation of architecture, configurations, and processes.
- Drive innovation by staying informed of emerging features and best practices in the Microsoft ecosystem.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience (5+ years) designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Power Platform tools, including Dataverse, Power Automate, model-driven apps, and Power Pages.
- Solid understanding of Azure services and DevOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications (ideally: Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
- Experience in the professional services sector is beneficial but not essential.
