About the Role:

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant with a strong background in finance and ERP implementations? Looking for a Senior Business Central Consultant who will play a key role in delivering finance-focused solutions while overseeing all core modules, including supply chain, warehousing, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and projects.

You’ll be joining a highly skilled team of 10+ professionals, known for their strong expertise and collaborative culture. Our team thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and delivering world-class Business Central solutions.

This is a remote-first role with occasional travel for key client engagements, including workshops, training, and go-live support. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding global projects, collaborating with clients to design, implement, and optimize Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead finance-driven implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring seamless financial management and reporting while also overseeing all other key modules.
2. Work closely with clients to gather financial and business requirements, analyze processes, and design end-to-end solutions.
3. Configure Business Central to meet client needs, with a strong focus on finance, reporting, and integrations while ensuring alignment with warehousing, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and projects.
4. Oversee data migration, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy ERP systems to Business Central.
5. Provide training and guidance to finance teams, end-users, and internal teams on system usage and best practices.
6. Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and ISV solutions (such as Continia, Jet Reports, Power BI).
7. Support pre-sales activities, including product demos and solution presentations.
8. Work within agile or waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
9. Troubleshoot finance-related system issues and optimize Business Central configurations for performance and usability.

Key Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a finance-driven approach.
2. Strong finance and accounting expertise, with experience configuring general ledger, AP/AR, cash flow, fixed assets, and reporting.
3. Broader understanding of all Business Central modules, including supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, and projects.
4. Experience working with a Microsoft Partner or consultancy is highly preferred.
5. Expertise in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design.
6. Hands-on experience in data migration, reporting (Jet Reports, Power BI, SQL, Excel), and integrations.
7. Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure integrations is a plus.
8. Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MB-800 – Business Central Functional Consultant) are a plus.
9. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
