Role Overview: They seek a Senior Business Central Consultant to lead our new implementation projects. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our clients\’ ERP transformations. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, architect solutions, and oversee project implementations from initiation to post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
3. Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment.
4. Provide expert advice on best practices in ERP implementation and configuration.
5. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and support during user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Previous experience working for a Microsoft partner or in a consulting role is highly desirable.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge and push teams to innovate.
4. Proven ability to think creatively, propose new ideas, and solve complex business problems.
5. Relevant certifications (e.g., MB-800) are advantageous but not essential.
