Sales Lead – Professional Services
£100,000 Base + 100% OTE
Nigel Frank is hiring on behalf of a Microsoft Gold Partner on this Sales Lead (Professional Services) vacancy!
Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Lead to drive growth within the Professional Services sector across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in securing large opportunities from new and existing accounts, hitting your sales targets and delivering on expectations.
- Cultivate and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities to ensure long-term, sustainable growth.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with allocated accounts, ensuring both client satisfaction and continued business.
- Uncover customer pain points and requirements to recommend the best possible solutions.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals that align with client needs and deliver value.
- Coordinate with internal teams to produce tailored customer proposals and ensure governance throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all opportunities and activity to support forecasting and sales planning.
- Lead the development of strategic account plans, holding regular reviews and meetings with clients to ensure goals are on track.
- Work closely with Microsoft contacts to drive joint solutions, secure funding, and develop unique offerings for customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in selling solutions to professional services organisations.
- Track record of closing complex solution sales and managing large, high-value opportunities.
- Experience in a Microsoft partner channel environment is highly desirable, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.
- Strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to ask the right questions and deliver value-driven solutions.
- High-level interpersonal skills, confident in building relationships with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve and learn.

Location:
This role is UK-based, and candidates must be located within the UK. Expect some travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
