A growing, Microsoft-focused IT services provider is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end IT projects, working with a broad client base across onboarding, offboarding, and infrastructure transitions.
Experience:
- Managing IT projects from initiation through to completion
- Leading client onboarding and offboarding projects, ensuring smooth transitions
- Planning and managing project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating risks and issues early
- Coordinating internal technical teams and third-party suppliers
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing IT or technical projects
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (M365, cloud, infrastructure, networking)
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk, and financial management
- MSP experience is highly desirable
