This organisation is seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join their award-winning team and help lead major client engagements across the Microsoft technology stack.
The Role
As a Power Platform Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering tailored enterprise solutions, from concept through to implementation. You’ll bring a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to drive impactful digital outcomes. You will act as the technical authority across a wide range of client engagements, providing oversight from initial scoping through to post-launch optimisation.
This position offers a hybrid working model – you will split your time between client sites, company offices, and home working, depending on project requirements.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-performance Power Platform solutions.
- Partnering with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions that align with long-term strategy.
- Developing solution blueprints and overseeing both high-level and detailed design across Power Platform components (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and other components of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Supporting the estimation process, sprint planning, and agile delivery methods using tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, demonstrating the potential of Power Platform to solve real-world business challenges.
Your Background and Experience
We’re looking for a well-rounded individual who combines technical acumen with strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong grasp of its capabilities and constraints.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in software engineering principles and tools including Visual Studio, C#, TFS, and the Microsoft CRM SDK.
- A track record of managing the full project lifecycle, including architecture, delivery, and governance of Power Platform-based solutions.
- Experience with DevOps practices including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both technical teams and business stakeholders.
