Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant – Modern Workplace (SharePoint, Office 365 & Power Platform)

Job title: Power Platform Solutions Architect

Location: Considering applicants UK wide

Salary: Up to £100,000 DOE

About the role / company:

Join a leading consultancy that specialise in delivering innovative cloud, data, and AI solutions. As a Power Platform Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Power Platform.

You will be joining their Power Platform practice and working on some exciting new projects alongside a skilled team of consultants and developers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions to meet diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilise your expertise in model-driven and canvas apps, as well as enterprise-scale Power Automate Cloud Flow solutions.
• Advise on best practices for governance and empower Power Platform makers.
• Integrate solutions with the wider Microsoft stack, including Azure and Dynamics 365.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of the Power Platform, including its technologies, capabilities, and limitations.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams.
• Proven track record in setting up Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) using Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of industry-wide standards and best practices for designing and building Power Platform solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver positive outcomes for clients, regardless of scale.
• Experience working in agile teams and delivering solutions in a commercial environment.
