Power Platform Developer – Home based!
Location: Home based, will require travel to one of their UK offices once a month.

Nigel Frank is proud to be working with a leading global organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation. We are currently seeking a talented Power Platform Analyst with a strong integration background to join the Digital Community Delivery Team.
The successful candidate will support the development, maintenance, and integration of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a particular focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the global roll-out of existing solutions and play a key role in developing automated, scalable integrations using the latest Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver seamless integrations between Microsoft Power Platform (D365 CE), external systems, and third-party APIs.
- Leverage Power Platform tools, Azure Service Bus, and custom APIs to ensure automated, secure data flow.
- Translate business and system requirements into clear technical specifications using the Azure DevOps toolset.
- Maintain and manage Power Platform environments, ensuring consistency, compliance, and governance.
- Apply knowledge of the Microsoft Dataverse to preserve data integrity across solutions.
- Analyse third-party APIs and design robust data mappings and integration logic.
- Engage with architects and IT delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with organisational standards.
- Deliver high-quality technical documentation and provide clear playback sessions to communicate solution architecture.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure developed solutions meet quality expectations.
- Deploy technical solutions and manage effective incident and problem resolution.
- Ensure robust change control and governance processes are followed at all stages of delivery.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proven experience developing with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse data structure.
- Experience working with Azure Service Bus and other PaaS solutions.
- Practical knowledge of REST APIs, data mapping, and system integration.
- Scripting or coding experience in one or more of: .Net, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation and technical specifications.
- Track record of delivering scalable and supportable technical solutions.
- Previous experience working in the finance industry would be highly desirable.
