Nigel Frank International are partnered with an established Microsoft Business Applications Partner who are looking to add a talented D365 CE Functional Consultant to their growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technology, delivering user-focused solutions, and driving continuous improvement across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured functional design
- Design, configure, and implement solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Collaborate with architects and developers across all stages of delivery, including discovery, build, testing, and deployment
- Drive and promote best practice design standards across the Power Platform and D365 ecosystem
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes through automation and innovation
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural and governance frameworks
- Support user adoption through intuitive design and continuous improvements to user experience
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and help build internal capability across the organisation
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven ability to map business processes and translate them into effective, user-centric solutions
- Experience configuring and customising Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and simplification
- Well-organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, evolving environment
- A willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team growth
