We’ve recently partnered with a prestigious Dynamics end user based in Glasgow who are looking to add a D365 Specialist to provide expertise, contribute to design and take ownership of their various business systems - D365 CRM and F&O. This opportunity will provide the successful applicant the chance to play a pivotal role in the organisation’s digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, maintain, and support applications and workflows within Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Monitor and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Administer users and work with the MSP to support the company’s Dynamics CRM/ERP system.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Dynamics 365 estate.
- Support the organisation’s Azure SQL database with optimisation and work with third-party service providers to deliver automation of data consolidation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create data solutions accessing APIs, SQL, the Dataverse, and other sources.
- Monitor and maintain the overall application estate, working with third-party suppliers to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE with knowledge of F&O.
- Highly proficient with Dynamics 365 User administration and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing principles, ETL processes, and SQL.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS).
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find suitable solutions.
