This role offers the best of both worlds: deep technical development alongside client-facing consultancy, working on complex enterprise and government transformation projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead or support SharePoint migration projects, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Build and integrate solutions across SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and the wider M365 ecosystem.
  • Develop modern, scalable components using C#, .NET Core, Web API, and JavaScript frameworks (React / Angular / Vue).

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience delivering Microsoft 365 / SharePoint solutions in enterprise or public-sector environments.
  • Proven ability to work directly with clients - gathering requirements, providing recommendations, and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and Microsoft 365 / SharePoint APIs (CSOM, Graph API).
  • Experience leading or contributing to migration projects and integrating Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Azure services, modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Fully remote, with flexible working arrangements
  • Opportunity to deliver high-impact projects with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner
  • Exposure to cutting-edge M365 and AI technologies
