Nigel Frank International is partnered with a forward-thinking consultancy based in Edinburgh that is looking to hire a Microsoft 365 Consultant to support the design and delivery of cutting-edge digital workplace solutions. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home working and time in the Edinburgh office, alongside occasional client engagement.
The Role
You’ll work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimise digital workplace solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you’ll combine technical delivery with consulting—helping organisations improve collaboration, communication, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and identify Modern Work opportunities
- Design and deliver solutions across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Configure and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Lead or support end-to-end technical delivery aligned to architecture and best practices
- Support user adoption through training, troubleshooting, and ongoing guidance
- Produce clear technical documentation, including configurations and solution designs
- Collaborate with wider teams on integrations and additional digital workplace products
- Stay up to date with Microsoft innovations and continuously develop your skillset
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
- Proven experience designing and implementing Modern Workplace solutions
- Good understanding of SharePoint development and integration capabilities
- Experience working in a client-facing or consultancy environment
- Knowledge of Azure, cloud technologies, and M365 integrations
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate / PowerShell) is beneficial
- Experience delivering or supporting cloud migration projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
