A leading global consultancy is seeking a Product Manager specialising in End User Computing (EUC), Digital Workplace Services (DWS), and AI. This role is ideal for a strategic, technically strong professional who can shape, evolve, and deliver modern workplace strategies for enterprise clients. You will oversee product vision, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead technical excellence across a broad suite of digital workplace technologies—ensuring clients realise transformational value from their EUC/DWS investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for EUC/DWS services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning business needs with technical capabilities.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of modern device management and digital workplace solutions.
- Provide senior-level (fourth-line) technical expertise for complex escalations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure world-class delivery.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives around AI, automation, and end-user experience optimisation.
- Produce detailed documentation, governance frameworks, and performance insights.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven product management experience within EUC/DWS-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of client device technologies, OS platforms, and supporting architectures.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Application Packaging, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Familiarity with Azure, SQL, DevOps, Microsoft 365, and PowerApps.
- Extensive experience delivering and supporting EUC/DWS solutions at scale.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview governance and compliance capabilities.
- Aware of emerging AI-driven capabilities within modern workplace ecosystems.
