Job title: M365 Adoption Consultant

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Location: North of UK / Scotland (Hybrid / Remote)

A leading Microsoft Gold Partner consultancy based in Scotland is seeking an experienced M365 Adoption Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable professional to help clients maximise their investment in Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead M365 adoption initiatives across their customer base
  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support digital transformation
  • Provide expert guidance on Power Platform and SharePoint usage
  • Support clients in exploring and integrating Copilot capabilities

Experience / qualifications

  • Proven experience in Microsoft 365 adoption and change management
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Copilot and its potential use cases is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultancy environment
