We are currently partnered with an innovative Dynamics 365 CRM end user who are looking to add a talented System Analyst to help shape, support and continuously improve their Dynamics 365 environment with a strong focus on Customer Engagement!
- Act as the primary technical contact for CRM queries, troubleshooting issues, managing configurations and supporting system releases.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (preferably Customer Engagement), including configuration, security roles and environment management.
- Background in CRM, business systems analysis, application support or a similar technical systems role.
- Proven ability to manage BAU support alongside longer-term improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
