A growing Microsoft consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology and transformation projects across a varied client portfolio.
This is a key role for someone who brings structure, confidence and calm to delivery. You'll take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful completion, acting as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and commercially on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation projects
- Manage project governance, RAID logs and Agile delivery
- Build strong client relationships and manage senior stakeholders
- Oversee project scope, risks, budgets and delivery plans
- Mentor Delivery Managers and support delivery best practice
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex technology or transformation projects
- Strong Agile delivery experience - running sprints, overseeing DevOps processes and project governance
- Dynamics 365 CE / CRM experience
- Comfortable operating both strategically and in the detail when required
- Confident managing stakeholders, risks and challenging conversations
- Commercially aware, with experience managing project scope and budgets, particularly on T&M engagements
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
