A growing Microsoft consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology and transformation projects across a varied client portfolio.
This is a key role for someone who brings structure, confidence and calm to delivery. You'll take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful completion, acting as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and commercially on track. Alongside project delivery, you'll play an important role in shaping and improving the wider delivery function, mentoring Delivery Managers, enhancing delivery processes and supporting pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation projects
- Manage project governance, RAID logs and Agile delivery
- Build strong client relationships and manage senior stakeholders
- Oversee project scope, risks, budgets and delivery plans
- Mentor Delivery Managers and support delivery best practice
- Collaborate with technical teams and support pre-sales activities
Skills & Experience
- Strong Project Manager / Delivery Manager background, ideally within a technology or transformation consultancy
- Proven experience delivering complex technology or transformation projects
- Strong Agile delivery experience - running sprints, overseeing DevOps processes and project governance
- Dynamics 365 CE / CRM experience is essential, as the majority of projects are CRM-focused
- Comfortable operating both strategically and in the detail when required
- Confident managing stakeholders, risks and challenging conversations
- Commercially aware, with experience managing project scope and budgets, particularly on T&M engagements
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
- Exposure to Power Platform or wider SaaS implementations is advantageous
