Role
- Support PMO leadership and deputise for the Head of PMO when required
- Champion cross-functional collaboration across CRM and ERP delivery teams
- Own and enhance PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards
- Act as a subject matter expert and role model in project delivery excellence
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-value Dynamics projects across CRM, ERP, Data, and Workplace domains
- Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and change control with full accountability
- Lead pre-sales activities including bids, demos, and tender support
- Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality expectations through structured methodologies
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years delivering Dynamics projects with experience in programme and portfolio management
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen
- Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Certified in project management frameworks (Prince2, APM, MSP, Scrum Master)
