My client is a well-established, multi-national organisation, embarking on a large-scale Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP transformation programme across its global operations. They are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their programme team; playing a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of this complex, multi-site roll out. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a high-profile international transformation programme and grow project coordination/support experience in a like-minded, knowledgeable team. This role is initially a 6 month fixed term engagement, with strong prospects for a long-term, permanent position. My client offers a hybrid working model, with the expectation of 3 days a week working from their Central London base.

As Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of project activities across multiple global locations:

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end project delivery across key milestones
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, including steering committees and workstreams
  • Maintain and enforce project governance standards and documentation
  • Track project plans, timelines, and dependencies across global sites
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Support reporting, including status updates and progress tracking

Proven experience in a Project Coordinator / PMO / Project Support role

Experience of ERP implementations (ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar)

Strong understanding of project governance and lifecycle methodologies

Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex, global projects
