Nigel Frank International are partnered with a forward-thinking D365 CRM end user who are looking to add a CRM Product Specialist to their business systems team. This role will be focused around enhancing the Customer Engagement platform and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap for D365 CRM, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
- Gather, analyse and prioritise requirements to shape new features, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Oversee the delivery of CRM changes through Agile methodologies, including managing backlog, sprint planning and user acceptance training.
Skills
- Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 CE in a Product owner, CRM Specialist or Functional Consultant role.
- Solid understanding of CRM processes across Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights modules.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver enhancements in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
