We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi‑stream technology programmes spanning CRM, ERP, data platforms, and modern workplace solutions. This role requires confident ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working closely with clients, delivery partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects running in parallel
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and delivery schedules
  • Own project governance, documentation, and stage‑gate approvals
  • Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, billing, RAID, and resourcing
  • Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Control change processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting
  • Support pre‑sales and bid activities where required
  • Act as a subject matter expert for project delivery standards and best practice

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering technology‑led projects within a consultancy or client‑facing environment
  • Strong background managing CRM, ERP, data, or modern workplace programmes
  • Essential experience working with ACRE / OMS platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with sound understanding of project financials
  • Ability to manage multiple delivery streams with clarity and control
  • Confidence working with senior client stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
